SAGER & SONS AUTO, LLC TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By visiting our website, scheduling an appointment, signing an estimate or repair order, or purchasing merchandise, you agree to these Terms of Service and to abide by applicable laws.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. AUTHORIZATION & TEST DRIVES
You authorize Sager & Sons Auto, LLC (“Shop”) to perform diagnostic and repair services as listed on your estimate, including reasonable test drives, disassembly, and vehicle operation for inspection, quality control, and delivery.
3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS
The Shop is not responsible for loss or damage to your vehicle or personal items due to fire, theft, vandalism, accident, natural events, or causes beyond our reasonable control. Please remove valuables before drop-off.
4. ESTIMATES, APPROVALS & DEPOSITS
Written estimates are valid for 14 days unless otherwise noted.
50% deposit required for repair orders exceeding $1,000.
Diagnostic/testing fees are non-refundable once work begins.
If additional issues are discovered, updated authorization will be obtained before proceeding.
Verbal approvals are binding and may be documented electronically.
5. PARTS POLICY
Parts may be OEM, aftermarket, rebuilt, or used based on availability and customer preference.
Pricing reflects current retail rates.
We do not install customer-supplied parts.
Special-order or electrical components may be non-returnable or subject to restocking fees.
Core credits are issued only after supplier acceptance.
Old parts are discarded unless requested in writing at time of authorization.
The Shop is not responsible for manufacturer defects, shipping delays, or discontinued parts.
6. SUBLET SERVICES & FEES
We may sublet specialized work (e.g., machining, module programming, alignments, glass, or towing) to trusted vendors.
Environmental, disposal, and shop-supply fees may apply at standard rates.
7. PAYMENT, LIEN & CHARGEBACKS
Payment in full is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Vehicles are released only after payment clears.
Returned or reversed payments, including chargebacks, constitute non-payment under Idaho Code §45-806.
The Shop retains a mechanic’s lien on all vehicles and property until balances are paid.
Customer agrees to pay all costs, interest, attorney fees, and court expenses incurred in enforcing payment.
Disputes must be handled directly with the Shop; no chargebacks are permitted.
8. STORAGE & ABANDONMENT
A 48-hour grace period applies after completion or declined estimate.
Thereafter, $50/day storage fee applies (including weekends and holidays).
Vehicles left 30 days after notice may be treated as abandoned and processed per Idaho Code §49-1701 through §49-1715.
Towing, administrative, and lien processing fees are the owner’s responsibility.
9. WARRANTY
Repairs are covered for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever occurs first, against defects in parts or workmanship for the specific repair listed.
Warranty service must be performed at the Shop unless authorized in writing.
Warranty is void if:
(a) related systems are altered elsewhere;
(b) aftermarket or recycled parts later affect the covered system;
(c) self-repair or modification occurs;
(d) manufacturer maintenance schedules are ignored; or
(e) damage arises from neglect, abuse, overheating, contamination, lack of lubrication, collision, or unrelated causes.
Warranty applies only to the original customer and is non-transferable.
Excludes towing, rental, lodging, lost wages, or incidental damages.

10. COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive calls, texts, emails, photos, and videos related to your repair or service.
Message and data rates may apply.
The Shop uses digital communication tools for approvals, estimates, and service updates.
11. ROAD-TEST MILEAGE & FUEL
Reasonable mileage and fuel consumption may occur during diagnostics and post-repair verification.
12. ONLINE SERVICES & E-COMMERCE
Our website allows online scheduling, estimate requests, and merchandise purchases.
We use secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Tekmetic Pay) to collect payment data.
By completing a transaction, you authorize us and our vendors to process necessary information to fulfill your request.
13. MERCHANDISE, SHIPPING & RETURNS
Branded products are fulfilled by Printify and its third-party vendors.
Standard fulfillment time is 3–7 business days plus shipping.
Once shipped, the carrier assumes liability for lost or delayed packages.
Because items are printed-on-demand, all sales are final unless defective or incorrect.
To report an issue, contact printify within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds or replacements for approved claims are issued at our discretion.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All logos, images, and content on this website and our merchandise are the exclusive property of Sager & Sons Auto, LLC.
Reproduction, redistribution, or resale without written consent is strictly prohibited.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sager & Sons Auto, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, services, or products.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use or request refund under these Terms.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our site and operations integrate with external partners (e.g., Tekmetric, Meta Ads, Printify, Google Analytics).
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party providers.
Their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies apply.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflicts of law.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in Ada County, Idaho.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the accompanying estimate, repair order, or online purchase confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sager & Sons Auto, LLC, superseding all prior verbal or written communications.
