How often should I change my oil?
We recommend an oil change every 3,000 miles. It's the safest interval to protect your engine and catch any developing issues early, especially here in the Treasure Valley where short trips, cold starts, and summer heat put extra wear on your oil. We'll flag anything that needs attention every time you come in.
Does it matter what type of oil I use?
Yes, using the wrong viscosity or specification can affect engine performance and fuel economy, and may void warranty coverage on newer vehicles. We always use what your vehicle's manufacturer specifies.
How do I know if my transmission fluid needs changing?
Some vehicles have a dipstick you can check, others are sealed. Signs of degraded transmission fluid include delayed shifts, shuddering, or slipping. We check transmission fluid condition on every service visit.
Can I mix coolant types?
