This warranty is issued directly by Sager and Sons Auto LLC as an Independent NAPA AutoCare Repair Facility and administered by Sonsio Administrative Services, LLC. It's our direct promise to you, not a corporate policy. Our word.

Warranty is also void if related systems were repaired elsewhere, aftermarket parts affected the covered repair, manufacturer-required maintenance was not followed, or damage resulted from neglect, overheating, or lack of lubrication.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only. It does not transfer to a new owner if you sell the vehicle during the warranty period.
Additional protections apply. Your warranty period extends for any days your vehicle is out of your hands for warranty repairs. If a defect isn't resolved after reasonable attempts, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

Complete legal text of the NAPA AutoCare Peace of Mind® Nationwide Limited Repair Warranty.
This limited warranty is extended only to you, the original purchaser, and not to anyone who may purchase your vehicle from you during the term of the warranty. This limited warranty is made by the Independent Repair Facility, Sager and Sons Auto LLC, named on the original repair order, who performed the service and repairs on your vehicle. This warranty will be honored by any NAPA Auto Care Dealer participating in this program, or any other authorized repair facility anywhere in the United States. This warranty is not a warranty by National Automotive Parts Association (NAPA), its employees, jobbers, member companies, or the administrator, Sonsio Administrative Services, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or any of their employees or member companies. Sonsio Administrative Services, LLC serves as the administrator only.
The Independent Repair Facility warrants that repairs and services performed at their location will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years or 36,000 miles of use, whichever comes first, measured from the date of the first repair and the odometer reading shown on the original repair order. This warranty is conditioned on the vehicle being subjected only to normal use and receiving reasonable and necessary maintenance during the warranty period. Warranty repair costs shall in no case exceed the costs of the original related repair or service.
If there is a defect in either materials or workmanship within the warranty period, the Independent Repair Facility shall have the option to either (a) perform remedial service work at no charge to you, (b) replace the defective warranted part(s) without charge, or (c) refund the entire charge for the warranted repairs, minus any previous refunds or credits.
A buyer of covered products or services has the right to have warranty service performed during the warranty period. The warranty period will be extended for the number of whole days that the vehicle has been out of the buyer's hands for warranty repairs. If a defect exists within the warranty period, the warranty will not expire until the defect has been fixed. If, after a reasonable number of attempts, the defect has not been fixed, the buyer may return their vehicle for a replacement of parts, if applicable, or a refund, subject to deduction of a reasonable charge for usage.
If you are less than 25 miles from the original repairing NAPA Auto Care Dealer location, you must return your vehicle to that location and present your copy of the repair order. If your vehicle is inoperable and you are more than 25 miles away, you may be eligible for towing and/or rental car benefits as determined by the Administrator. Call 1-800-452-NAPA, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding holidays. If there are no participating locations in your area, you must obtain authorization from the Warranty Administrator prior to any warranty repair work.
This warranty does not in any way include incidental or consequential damages. Facility employees and agents do not have authority to modify the terms of this warranty or make any promises beyond those contained herein. Specifically excluded are any repairs involving used or salvaged parts, customer-supplied parts, and replacement or removal of internally lubricated parts.
