Do you work on Super Duty and heavy-duty trucks?
Yes. We service Ford Super Duty, Ram 2500 and 3500, and Silverado/Sierra HD trucks regularly. These trucks have different requirements than half-ton pickups and we are set up to handle them. If you have a diesel HD truck, see our diesel services page for more detail.
My check engine light is on. Can you diagnose it?
Absolutely. We scan all available modules on your vehicle, not just the powertrain computer. On domestic vehicles especially, there are often multiple fault codes stored across different systems. We pull the full picture, explain what we found, and give you a clear recommendation before any work starts.
Can you do my Ford or Chevy factory scheduled maintenance?
Yes. You do not have to go to the dealership to keep your factory maintenance schedule current. We use NAPA high-quality parts and fluids that meet or exceed factory specifications, with OEM sourced when NAPA doesn't carry it or your vehicle specifically requires it. Your warranty is not affected by servicing at an independent shop like ours.
My Jeep has been making a noise off-road. Can you look at it?
Yes, and we would rather look at it before it becomes a bigger issue. Off-road use accelerates wear on suspension, driveline, and undercarriage components. Bring it in and we will put it on the lift and go through everything systematically.
Will my warranty be voided if I service my vehicle here instead of the dealership?
No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, manufacturers cannot require you to use a dealership for routine maintenance in order to keep your warranty valid, as long as services are performed correctly and with appropriate parts. We meet that standard on every job.
