At Sager & Sons, we believe being upfront about what we do best is the most respectful thing we can do for your time and your vehicle.
Honesty Builds Trust
We do not currently service European makes. European vehicles require specialized factory-level diagnostic platforms, proprietary software, and brand-specific tooling that we have not invested in, because our focus is on doing Asian, Domestic, and Diesel vehicles exceptionally well.
We would rather point you in the right direction than take on work outside our primary expertise. That is part of doing right by our customers.
Specialized Software Required
Many European makes require manufacturer-specific diagnostic platforms. Generic scan tools don't fully communicate with BMW, Audi, or Mercedes systems.
Proprietary Tooling
Many repairs on European vehicles require brand-specific tools that aren't shared across platforms. Doing the job right means having the right tools.
Brand-Specific Knowledge
European vehicles often have unique engineering approaches, service procedures, and quirks. Depth of knowledge matters more than general familiarity.
